LifeLink Return and Cancellation Policy

If, during the 30-day trial period, you decide to return your LifeLink system, you must contact us at 610-410-7508 to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You must have this number in order to return your system to avoid incurring fees. We must receive your return with all original components, including system, pendant(s), any purchased options, packing material, bags, ties, styrofoam sleeves, earbud, phone wires, splitter, and white power cord protector cap.

Please note that, to offset the rising cost of processing returns, we must charge a 10% processing fee for all returns or cancellations (canceling the order prior to our shipping the device to you). It is important to note that while LifeLink is compatible with most phone services, including those based on VoIP (via the VoIP enhancement chip), we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility thoughout the over 10,000 phone offices located in North America. The reason is that a particular provider may implement its service one way in, say, Chicago IL, but implement the same service very differently in, say, Phoenix AZ. As such, the 10% return fee will still apply if an incompatibility situation is identified.

Returns that have missing components could be subject to an additional restocking charge, depending upon the condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A minimum 25% fee (and possibly more depending on the condition of your return) will be charged for returns without an RMA.
