Our site is hosted by the Yahoo! Corporation. As part of Yahoo's quality control processes, they independently solicit reviews and feedback from the customers of the sites they host. These reviews are audited by Yahoo personnel, and if a site consistently receives poor ratings, Yahoo will cease hosting that site. After Yahoo processes the feedback, they post it as part of their "Customer Product Reviews" on their Shopping website, "shopping.yahoo.com". Yahoo is performing a public service in that they are providing unbiased opinions which will help the public make a decision on whether or not to purchase of a particular product - the LifeLink medic alert in our case.

Through this page, we provide access to these medical alert ratings (i.e. reviews) of our product, the LifeLink emergency alert system. You can access these ratings by following the instructions below.

As noted above, the results of each completed survey are sent directly to Yahoo. Our company, Matrix Interactive, has no opportunity to see, edit, and/or provide any response to the ratings received. In fact, we don't even see the rating until you do - when they're posted to "shopping.yahoo.com".  This means that the feedback is completely unbiased. With this Yahoo ratings process, you get real customer ratings, not the filtered "See what our clients are saying about our product..." or "Read our great testimonials..." , where webmasters can simply include text of the glowing reviews and eliminate the not-so-glowing ones.

Please take the time to read the reviews of our product, service, and company, written by past LifeLink customers. You will note that, with very few exceptions, opinion on the LifeLink medical alert product (not to mention our customer and technical support services) shows you how committed we are to our product, our service, and most importantly, to you, our customer.

There are two ways to access the Yahoo-hosted customer ratings for LifeLink - the "Direct Link" method and the "Click To" method. The "Direct Link" method takes you directly to the customer ratings in "Yahoo Shopping". The "Click To" method takes you step-by-step through the main Yahoo Shopping page at "shopping.yahoo.com". Both methods land you at the same place. Please follow the instructions below for the method you wish to use.

  Accessing LifeLink Reviews using the "Click To" Method:

Step 1:  At your browser, type in "http://shopping.yahoo.com/stores/sd.html". This will take you to Yahoo and allow you to type in the name of the merchant you wish to see (in this case, it's us).

Step 2:  At the "Search" box, enter "callforassistance" and click on the "Search" button. Callforassistance.com is the website where LifeLink is sold.

Step 3:  Our store, "Callforassistance.com", will show up. To access the ratings, click directly on the green stars to the right hand side of the screen.  DO NOT click on the "callforassistance.com" link , because doing so will take you to our site, not the customer reviews.  Just click on the stars, which look like the following, and you'll be able to see the ratings:
